Kaitlyn Pritchard, CPNP

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn! I’m a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a background in both intensive care and primary care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and spent several years as a Pediatric ICU nurse at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. During that time there I cared for children with complex medical needs. My experience there gave me a strong foundation for working in pediatric gastroenterology, where I’m passionate about helping children thrive through growth, nutrition, and digestive health.

I believe in building strong, lasting relationships with families and making sure every child feels supported, understood, and cared for during their visits. My goal is always to combine evidence-based care with compassion, so families feel confident and at ease as we work together.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends. I recently got married, and my husband and I enjoy making new memories together. In my free time, I like going to the gym, staying active, and relaxing through crafting projects.
