Self-Pay Information
If you are uninsured or have commercial insurance, you can choose to self-pay at GI For Kids.
If you have commercial insurance, you will need to complete an Insurance Opt-out form in our office. You may opt back in to using your insurance by requesting and completing the opt-in form when you check in for your office appointment.

- Radiology (X-rays and ultrasound) studies are read by Radiologists at Vista Radiology and will result in a separate bill and charges from Vista Radiology

- Labwork drawn in our office is processed and billed separately through PathGroup. Labwork will result in a separate bill and charges from Pathgroup.
*Endoscopies, Colonoscopies, and other Procedures
- Procedures will incur a separate bill and charges, which may include the following:
- Facility charges
- Anesthesia charges
- Histology charges for biopsies (OPUS)
- Specialized lab tests (Quest or Labcorp)
- Radiology and interpretation charges
